Privacy
Privacy notice.
How we collect, use and protect your personal information. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by Mergehouse ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at info@mergehouse.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number (if provided), the type of enquiry and your message.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify individual visitors; it records things like which pages are viewed and the type of device. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss how we might work together.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- If you register interest in an event, to tell you when dates and tickets are released.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and customer relationship management system, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep business records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@mergehouse.co.uk.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
